Travel grants
Since 1984, the Kunstverein für die Rheinlande und Westfalen has been awarding travel grants to art students during the Rundgang presentations of the Art Academy Düsseldorf. Since 1994, the grant is being awarded in close collaboration with the Kunst- und Kulturstiftung der Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf, which currently supports it with 6,000.– €.
The stipends provide emerging artists with the opportunity to travel and are conceived to support the development of their artistic practice.
