On the occasion of their exhibition She spins the thread, she measures the thread, she cuts the thread at the exhibition space NEST in The Hague, Mila Lanfermeijer, Ana Navas, and Evelyn Taocheng Wang are inviting you to participate in a reading group session. They will be reading the book “This Little Art” (2017) by Kate Briggs together with the participants. The event is accompanying the exhibition She spins the thread, she measures the thread, she cuts the thread (NEST, The Hague), in which works by Evelyn Taocheng Wang are likewise on view. The exhibition has been created in a close collaboration between Evelyn Taocheng Wang, Mila Lanfermeijer, and Ana Navas, reflecting the connections and interrelationships in the working methods of the three artists who met in 2012 as scholarship recipients on the Des Ateliers program in Amsterdam.
