In the third part of the series of conversations, lectures and readings, the artists Keren Cytter and Josef Strau, meet in Dusseldorf to discuss Cytter’s latest video Life Number Three based on Strau’s short story The Mirror and the Green Teapot and carefully selected subjects such as domestic exile, concept of self, popular pets and identity politics.
Please note that the wearing of a mouth and nose mask is still obligatory when participating. Thank you for your understanding! Admission: 5 Euro / 3 Euro (reduced). Free Admission for members.
The event accompanies the exhibition Josef Strau – Spirits and Objects… and How Non-Productive Love Is Sometimes Contained in Them…, on view at Kunstverein für die Rheinlande and Westfalen, Düsseldorf through November 22, 2020.
